The 111th Millrose Games, presented annually by New York Road Runners, took place on February 3, 2018 in New York City and featured awe-inspiring performances from several athletes based in the U.S. and around the world. A new world record was set (the USA’s 4x800m team set a new world mark with a time of 8:05.89) and two additional world records were matched (the Bahamas’ Shaunae Miller-Uibo ran 300m in 35.45 to match the world record set in 1993, and USA’s Vashti Cunningham high jumped her way to 1.96m, matching the world record set in 1989).
