César García Urbano Taylor: Grandma’s Marathon Training Recap – Weeks 3/4

   My goal is to go sub-4 and I’ve been building up mileage and now am officially in marathon training mode.

Anyone else deal with ankle / heel pain? This has happened before so I know I need to do better and not just wake up and run without stretching. I’ve also booked a massage at my PT’s office for Saturday after my long run.
